  1. Terms and Conditions Introduction

    1. The terms “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Play.ZoneRaids.com's management team. The terms “you” or “your” refer to the reader of these Terms and Conditions. “Perks” refers to any item purchasable on our web-store; such as ranks, items, commands, etc

    2. By purchasing any item from our website, you irrevocably submit to be bound to the Terms and Conditions outlined within this document.

    3. The Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, without notice. You will be bound to the Terms and Conditions that were applied at the time of purchase.

    4. You agree that you are over the age of eighteen as of the purchase date, or that you have a parent or guardian's consent to make the purchase.

  2. All items offered on our website are intangible and have no real-world value. All purchases are automatically processed and delivered within fifteen minutes. Because of this, we do not offer money-back, unless in accordance to section “Money-Back Policy”.

  3. Because all items are non-tangible, we are not responsible for any loss of purchased items, including but not limited to:

    1. Server reset,

    2. Player data reset,

    3. Server punishments,

    4. Getting killed in-game,

    5. Server shutting down,

      If you lose your perks to any of these causes, Play.ZoneRaids.com's Administration is not liable to providing replacement perks or refunds.

  4. All perks are subject to change at any time. If previous purchased perks are changed and/or removed, refunds will not be available.

  5. Opening a charge-back via the payment method (whether PayPal, Bank Account, etc) is strictly prohibited and will result in the specified account being IP-banned from Play.ZoneRaids.com and it's servers. Once this happens, your account will not be unbanned.

Money-Back Policy

  1. As aforementioned, refunds are not given in the scenarios of losing perks (either to in-game causes, or to the perks being changed or removed by Play.ZoneRaids.com's Administration).

  2. Refunds are available if the purchase was made without a parent or guardian's parental consent. Email [email protected] with the Transaction ID, date of purchase, and purchase method to prompt the money-back process.
